The all-electric ID.4 – Volkswagen

Here’s the story of speaking to different people in different ways – a targeted product campaign leading users to personalized product pages. During the strategy phase, we realised there was a gap between potential customers ready for an SUV, but not an electric car – and vice versa. So we used customer data to identify the most important features for each group, then scripted and executed assets accordingly – drawing our potential customers into a user journey that would eventually lead to a personalised product page. Results show users stayed around 20% longer on the product page compared to average.
